Terms of Service
These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of attune, a mobile application and website operated by Attune Official LLC ("attune", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
attune helps you rewrite a message you might send to another person so it lands more clearly. The service relies on third-party AI processing and is provided "as is". Output is generated by an AI model and may be wrong, biased, or unsuitable — you remain responsible for what you send.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use attune. By using attune you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@attuneofficial.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use attune to harass, defame, threaten, or harm another person.
- Submit content that infringes someone else's rights or violates the law.
- Attempt to bypass our rate limits, paywall, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or use the service to train competing AI systems.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Premium features require a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All payments are processed by the store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account; we cannot process cancellations or refunds for store purchases on your behalf.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
6. User content
You keep ownership of the text you submit ("Your Content"). You grant attune a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the service (including sending it to the AI provider so we can return an attuned response, and storing Prompt Coach threads). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
7. AI output
Output is generated by an AI model. We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or sending it to anyone.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attune Official LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using attune at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app or by email. Continued use of attune after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. SMS messages
If you provide your phone number on our launch-access page and tick the consent box, you agree to receive a one-time SMS containing your beta link. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send recurring marketing texts without separate consent and we make no guarantee of message frequency. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP or email contact@attuneofficial.com for help.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them with our SMS delivery provider and wireless carriers only as needed to deliver the message you requested. See our Privacy Policy for details.
